We’re excited to announce that we’ve installed two advanced new machines in our factory – Expert Printing Press in March and a Kampf Slitter in April. Both are now up and running and improving our production capabilities.
The new printing press can handle a wide range of printing jobs with amazing speed and accuracy. It can print on film as thin as 15 micrometers, and as thick as 200 micrometers, at speeds up to 300 meters per minute. And it can print up to 6 colours.
The slitter machine we added in April is also really impressive. It can cut film anywhere from 10 micrometers to 250 micrometers thick, and handle widths from 50mm all the way up to 2.2 meters. It can make rolls with a maximum diameter of 620mm.
These new machines are part of our ongoing effort to stay on top of the plastics manufacturing. We’re always looking for ways to upgrade our equipment and processes to give our customers the best possible products and service.
